Binslot turns a Google Sheets™ spreadsheet into a stock system: products, locations, movements, counts, barcode labels, and scanning from your phone. Your data stays in your own file.
Coming soon to the Google Workspace Marketplace™
Most inventory tools ask you to move your data onto their servers. Binslot does the opposite: it runs inside the spreadsheet you already own.
Every product, quantity, location, supplier and movement is written to tabs in your Google Sheets™ file. We operate no server and no database, we hold no copy, and we cannot read what you record.
The only thing that ever leaves your Google account is a licence key, sent to our payment provider to check whether a subscription is active. Nothing else. If you uninstall Binslot, your spreadsheet and all of its history stay exactly where they are — yours.
Everything happens in a side panel next to your sheet, or on your phone.
Record stock in and out, and move it between locations. Every movement is logged with who did it and when.
Track the same product across as many bins, shelves or warehouses as you use, with a running balance for each.
Print labels for products and locations straight from the spreadsheet, sized for the sheets you already buy.
Open a companion page on your phone, scan a code, and the movement lands in the same spreadsheet. No app to install.
Count a shelf, enter what you found, and Binslot records the difference as an adjustment instead of quietly overwriting history.
Set a minimum per product and get an e-mail the moment stock crosses it — sent from your own account, to the addresses you choose.
Log what arrived against a supplier and an invoice number, so a receipt can be traced back months later.
Bring an existing catalogue in, and export any tab at any time — on every plan, including the free one.
A shelf cannot hold minus three boxes, so the spreadsheet should never say it does. Binslot refuses an issue larger than the balance, and if a hand-edited history ever leaves a negative figure behind, it writes a visible correction rather than hiding the number. When a location reaches zero, its row goes away instead of cluttering the sheet.
One licence covers one spreadsheet, no matter how many people use it.

No. Binslot works in a personal Google account and in Workspace, as long as you can edit the spreadsheet.
The spreadsheet returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — Binslot simply stops letting you add more, and turns off labels and alerts.
Yes. Anyone you share the spreadsheet with can use Binslot in it, and every movement records who made it. One licence, however many people.
